Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West

I was impressed with the clean room and the great rate we got for a suite. Breakfast had just enough basic foods for you to make your own combination plate, I enjoyed making my own waffle and the options to dress it up just how I like it. Staff was nice and helpful dealing with a difficult person like myself. I will be back again.

The hotel itself is awesome. My room was cleaned regularly and the staff was amazing. Vanessa and Sierra were the nicest people ever. Great to talk to and get anything handled. Sierra's smile first thing in the morning was uplifting. Vanessa was a great person to converse with. The location is ok, as it's across the street from the mall but distant from everything else. Definitely recommend! Ask for Sierra or Vanessa!

Most of the staff are.super.friendly and helpful. Rooms are great for what we needed and could have our service dog as.well. breakfast is pretty good especially on weekends . Housekeeping was my only complaint as it didn't even look like they did much when they did our room but everyone deserves grace maybe it was an off day!!

I was very happy with my room here, it was immaculate clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, nice staff that went above and beyond to provide me a top floor room away from the freeway. It’s like a 3 star Westin with the kitchen, separate bedroom suite. It’s not overly fancy but it’s nice place to rest and self care along a big roadtrip. Next to the mall and plenty of restaurants. Even got delivery & made this an extra nice stay. The grounds are also nice, breakfast is decent, and they welcome you with warm cookies. Note: I saw bad reviews so I almost didn’t book it but took a chance and so happy I did bc it’s excellent value for what you get. Tip: ask for a room on the 4th floor away from freeway. Heavenly quiet and lovely room views.

I want to give this hotel an Overall 5/5 The room we got was the One Bedroom Queen Suite everything was Nice and clean I liked that the cabinets were filled with dishware and you get a full size fridge and not to mention a Tv in each room (living room and bedroom) it felt very Homey gave me Apartment vibe almost which is good because it definitely felt very cozy and comfortable The beds (including the pull out couch bed) was very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious not a WHOLE lot of options its your typical type breakfast with the eggs, biscuit, waffles ect where you would prob find at any other hotel but it was still delicious! The Pool was also relaxing a bit cold but refreshing for those hot summer days. I had no issues with the staff they were all so friendly and Nice especially the last gal we saw at the front dest she had shirt black hair and a beautiful smile she was super sweet and very helpful, as for the location I really love that Everything is either walking distance or its about a 5-15 minute drive from the hotel you have a mall right across the street,Tj max,Barnes and Noble and a few restaurants nearby such as Wingstop,Five guys, Wendys,Ihop, Magnificent garden ect. I Love that it was in the middle of boise, we were in town for an Event in Garden City and the drive there was like no more than 15 minutes since its basically going straight and then if you wanna goto Downtown Boise its like a good 15 minutes aswell same with the other side of town where Edwards Movie theater and Walmart are its everything was basically a good 15 minute drive that was a bit further away but it felt like 5 minutes because u can easily go straight and you're already there, theirs also a Winco nearby aswell so incase you forget something you're a good 5 minutes away from a winco thats open 24hrs so that helps for late night shopping or last minute pick ups. Although no matter where you stay there's bound to be something you don't like or are otherwise disappointed by. Allow me to get that out of the way so I can get to the good things which by far out way the bad. So unfortunately there's not a hot tub and the pool is a little on the cold side. Breakfast is not the best I've seen in hotels but it's most certainly not the worst. That being said the staff here is 5 star all the way. There is not one person here that I've spoken with or had interaction with that has given me a bad impression at all. So kind, so curtious, so willing to accommodate and help with whatever your asking. The place is very clean, and pet friendly. Honestly I've been in hotels that had it all but the staff ruined every moment of the stay. Not this place. The only reason I give one 4 star to the roo.s is they're a little outdated but still great. So overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfortable quiet, friendly place to stay close to shopping such as a mall across the street movie theater within 5 min driving grocery store within 3 min drive restaurants around the corner well then, this is your place. Also breakfast is not bad but the best thing about it as I've stated are the people, the friendly staff ranks a 10 out 5 on my scale.

Absolutely excellent place to stay. Room beautiful, comfy and very well thought layout. Nice kitchen, beautiful bathroom, big work desk, couch. Great flow for space use, very relaxing. Front desk clerk Amber was so sweet and helpful and in the morning every hotel staff we met greeted us and made sure we have everything we needed. Just warms my heart. Definitely will be booking again.

Hi i just wanted say sorry for what I said before I was out of line. I loved staying here good service and good people and delicious cookies. I'm sorry we didn't come through with payment. We are in the wrong. I loved swimming in the pool and i will miss staying here i hope you guys can forgive us and accept my apologie. Love everything about this hotel
